When we arrived to where we were headed, I froze. It was an entire castle… made of the same substance he was made of. And the ground around him was completely… black. I’d never seen a more terrifying sight in my life. Was this the stuff forming in the village?
“Like it?” he asked me. He hadn't stopped smirking since we left… I had a terrible feeling I’d just gotten into something big.
“It’s terrifying,” I replied.
“Thank you.”
We went inside, nothing changed. Still the same smoky, black
I hated being sick. I walked out of my room in the hospital slowly and carefully, due to the fact I could easily fall over at any time, and dragged my IV with me. I had been in this hospital for as long as I could remember, and knew this place like the back of my hand. There wasn’t one place I hadn’t seen, morgue included. I took a step outside into the garden. I loved the feel of grass on my feet, it was so soft and cool.
It was a nice and sunny day. I never get any visitors, you see, so I love being out in the garden and feeding the birds… I feel less lonely when I’m outside and clos

Shadow's Perspective Part 4
When we got out of the library, something was going on. I saw Mari being led into a little round building by Pirate Beard, and Jowee sulking and talking to Mike. I looked to Ri, she seemed as confused as I was, so we both followed Jowee and Mike into the dome. As soon as we got into the dome, we were greeted by the entire Raposa population, and the two “heroes”.
“What’s Shadow doing with the new Hero, Mari? He could be corrupting her,” Rizu scowled. Yeah, like I’d ever corrupt anyone.
“I will not corrupt anyone, my dear Rizu...” I began, stepping closer to her slowly, “It is a painful pro

When we got on board the ship, we were surprised to learn there was an entire village on its back. Mari nearly fainted. Entertaining. As the villagers scattered, I took a little walk around this turtle boat village to get accustomed to it. It was a nice place. And I found a perfect little grassy area under the tree to sleep on.
I relaxed for a while until there was a bright flash of light from the Creation Hall, and a small girl walked out. She had bleach blonde hair, venom green eyes, and pale skin, and she wore way baggy clothes. She was short. She absentmindedly wandered for the library and went inside. I got up and walked into Creation Ha

Jowee fell to his knees. He’d just lost his family to Wilfre. Just as Mari had lost hers to him all that time ago. “No...” He stared at the scorched grass where the portal was for a long moment, until he suddenly got up and walked over to it. Bending down, he picked up a ruby pendant that was gleaming in the sunlight. “It’s Heather’s pendant...” Jowee pocketed the pendant and walked back over to Mari, life completely drained from him.
Suddenly, all that was left gathered around the two of them. They consisted of Hiro, Rizu, Isaac and his daughter, Cindi, Pirate Beard, Crazy Barks, Mari, and Jowee.

Shadow's Perspective Part 1
It was a pretty normal day in Twilight Wood. I was out for a walk... and headed into the village to pick up some dinner. Chef Cookie, Farmer Brown, and Isaac were really the only Raposa that were ever cool with me besides the Mayor... Even Jowee and Mari were skittish around me, and it only turned into hate for Mari after Wilfre killed her dad. She blamed it on me. Because I’m a shadow walker. How fun.
My name’s Shadow. I’m a Shadow Walker created by a young Raposa named Kiki. She was ten when she named me, so I got stuck with something so painfully stereotypical that it hurts to think about it. I kept my name because I lov
